I get the complaints but you guys need to remember that this is a free game and the devs gotta get funds from somewhere! How else do they afford the staff to cater for patches, events and overall progress of the game?? It’s not from other games.

Yes you could have made this mini-event tend to your whole audience, like a 25% reduction for everyone else or smth similar, I’m sure you anyone could use their imagination. People who look into it are more likely to gamble their real money on the expert cases than to pay for this. If you made it seem more rewarding I’m sure people wouldn’t mind paying money for it, gambling is for youtubers and there is enough videos of people not getting good cards in cases. People want higher chances if they are paying money.

I don’t know how your revenues from cases are but if the elite cases were cheaper, with the guaranteed silver (if I remember correctly) they are more likely to buy more, be happier and buy more cases if they want to get a cobalt for another merc. Right now there isn’t really a reasonable option for people to go for, I just don’t see why people would do it (Other than make a disappointing youtube video), or several until they get a good card and making sure nobody watching will buy any cases. Just think if these videos showed how you could get a cobalt or two with <$10 and enough good cards to get a trade up for another one. I’d be pretty convinced that they’re almost worth the money!

Seriously though if I can think of how to seriously improve your revenues in under five minutes in so many different ways (I have more ideas but this is a long enough comment) then I think that your marketing definitely has issues. I’m sure that you can find a good balance between grind and payment. Think the price of a full game, or how much yours is worth, that should be how much you should have to pay to get a cobalt for about half the mercs or so.
