Had closed beta access - don't have Steam access

Hello,

I had closed beta access from prior to the game going to Steam. I never received a Steam email with activation instructions. Either that, or they went to my spam folder and have been since deleted. I posted a couple times to other threads, but never received an official response.

I have proof of my closed beta (I saved the original email providing me the key, and 2 buddy keys). Is there anyone that can help me?

I have the same issue. I have contacted the CS. Hoping to get an answer soon to play the game again :slight_smile:

I contacted Nexon CS but haven’t gotten a response yet. Not even sure if this game is still handled through Nexon - it doesn’t show up anymore in the Nexon launcher. Post if you get an answer; I’ll do the same. :slight_smile:

support is still through Nexon, afaik the support email is only support access

I have used the support chat. But every time I have checked so far the Dirty Bomb support is labled as offline. As I didn’t get any automated ticket number via mail, I have contacted them again by mail, as I am not sure if this live chat support system is working (if there are no agents online)

I have the same problem as the OP, went through my email garbage folder 3 times over, if I received it I must have accidentally deleted it :frowning:

Contacting the support by mail was the right way. Got an response and solution from the CS. Don’t forget to add your account data, as it listed on the support site.

Same here. Have a beta key that I got about may 2014. I tried to use it on Steam and it doesnt work.
