how do we report them… this guy NAME REMOVED hacker straight though a match killed all of us at least 2 dozen times… some how used smg and shotgun(proxy) ruined the game for his team cuz they didnt get any kills and i’d l;ike to know if there is a reporting tool and are the devs doing something about this type of stuff.
hackers...
I removed the name of the person in your post as there is a strict no naming and shaming policy on this board. You can make a report using this site https://support-dirtybomb.nexon.net/hc/en-us
Click Submit a Request at the top and fill out the information as best you can. Picture and/or video proof would be highly beneficial.
so no1 can report to the community… " hey watch out for this guy!" that is B.S.
Helps nothing more than submitting videos or pictures<?(rly?) when you can’t even go to spec anymore… at least the hax seem to get updated…
As much as people (including myself) would appreciate that, some vigilantes may take dealing punishment into their own hands. It is only fair that Nexon investigates to verify that that person is indeed hacking and delves out fair punishment.
I’m not confident Nexon is actually investigating most of these complaints. I may report the next hackers I come across but I expect the same atrophied level of communication from Nexon in response.
I must admit, I was rather dismayed when I sent in my report a couple days ago. Completely impersonal response - not even a “Greeting Osl112” at the start, just a “Greetings player”… Quite sad really. I hope that they take our feedback on both the hacking and service to improve it in the future. After all, it could cost them players.
It’s a form letter now. I reported several players at once and their communication implied that I reported one. The next response was that the issue was being marked solved due to inactivity (???)
I’m fine with no name and shame because a lot of people are just bad and create animosity for a player that isn’t needed.

man i wish i could punish hackers!!! how does one do that because almost no1 on the same team as a hacker is gunna start a kick cuz you know free win. and as the opposing team cannot kick at all pray tell me how to punish hackers?
in game volunteers would nice, having people here and there that can flag a person for investigation of potential hacking.

By punishment, I mean things like ostracising the player from the community etc. etc. As much as it may seem like the guy is hacking, he is innocent until proven guilty and we aren’t the people to punish a player. Nexon are.
It’s not BS because a lot of the time the player getting accused for hacking is in fact not hacking. So all you’re doing then is naming and shaming a guy that is just good at the game. Now that’s what I call BS!
u see they dont do anything about the report so it becomes inactive and thus its solved! genius
yeah 29k bridge obj match with a proxy sum how using both smg and shotgun, oh and lets not forget that no1 on his team had more than 1500 points and no1 on opposing team more than 1k… call me crazy but i know how to spot a hacker.
