So whilst playing dirty bomb some hacker decided to jump on named Hush and his friend the enemy team tried a got kick but his friend was there he voted NO so than he didn’t get kicked so a guy on our team just said don’t respawn… Not such good security XD

press tab, right click mouse button then click on player name, use report function

No it isn’t. There is even the tooltip: “Press RMB to activate cursor”
