During gameplay, my guns randomly fire without me pressing the left mouse button. It also happens with melee weapons. It occurs most often when I reload, long jump, or switch weapons. Does anybody else have this issue?

Do you play on laptop ? It may be your hand touching the touchpad then it clicks.
If you’re playing on desktop pc, maybe try an other mouse.

Also, make sure to check if there isn’t any Gamepad connected, since they can interfere with the input, even if the game doesn’t provide support for it.
