I’ve created a new, animated mp40 model and when I export it as an md3, I end up with a non animated messed model. When I export it as an mdc, I end up with non animated model. Yes, I have changed .weap and .cfg files. I am using lightray3d.

What are your .weap and .cfg changes? to which existing weapon? And are there any related error messages in the console?

I don’t exactly know how Lightray 3D works, but do check your export settings as those are the most obvious place to make errors.
