However I must point out another issue related to the use of gtkradiant 1.6.4 under Windows 10.
The problem is about the scrolling of the 2d view .
Usually, to drag the 2d view you move the cursor while holding the right button of the mouse, and scrolling stops when you release the right button, but very often the 2d view continues to move by itself for a few seconds even if the right button has been released.
