about 40 units = 1 Meter
use search function
i googled it before posting but nothng specific came out
how many units makes 30meters with gridsize 6?
Please read the sizes on Chruker’s website, you can do the math if you know a typical door measures 90 cm…
btw, player height value is WRONG. 56 is not the player height… try it, put an entity in a 56 high hallway, flush with the sides, and you will be stuck in the ceiling.

56 is minimum height for proning. Player is afaik 72 units high (same height as the spawn entity box in radiant). You might have to have 80 units to walk under something, not sure (atleast Chruker says so)
some time ago i was searching for this kind of stuff and got some results summarized copied into my notepad txt about this:
Map Editor scale: 1 map unit = 1 inch ; 12 (8?!) map units = 1 foot ; 36 map units = approx 1 meter ; 304,8 mm (914,4 mm, 1 yard)
39,37 unit = 1 meter. door 96 56 4 (ca. 2,4 m). player box 72 36 36 (182,88 cm)
as u see sources cant really agree and sometimes even contrary to each other. i think the most valuable thing to start with is the player box. i took 180cm as height, and thus got 40 unit for 1 meter. this is of double convenience, as 40 is very round (for ex. dividable with 5, 4, 8, 10, … – grid scales… when i work in radiant i almost every 10 second change grids:)), and i’m 180cm high ^^ (or a few more but nvm) (anyway i like that value as an avarage (male) human height). but u r free to declare the men 175, 170 or 190, whatever u feel sympathic, and then u can count the meter from the player spawnbox (and the player ingame exactly fits into that box, i tested it ingame when myself faced with the need of perfect scaling and dealt with this question) is 72 unit high.
btw, i rmember posting this once in this forum…
