I still think being able to cook nades is a stupid idea, it just adds a factor you sometimes won’t be able to do anything about (nades exploding before you can move etc.)
Grenades
Dont give nades at all then, because without the bility to cook them its just “throw them dumb and pray for a kill”, they become useless spammy things.
Except that the player who is cooking the nade is now completely vulnerable as they’re not able to defend themselves unless they switch weapons or throw the grenade earlier than they intend to, which puts them at a disadvantage that should make it easier for others to take them down.
Nade cooking = easy to learn, hard to master.
Nades realy need alot of more damage. at the moment it is impossible to hold a 3-4 rush without being able to nade them. On the other side give us a fraking rocketlauncher and i dont mind 
Haha, I had the same problem with the balcony at Whitechapel. As it was already mentioned several times before, I also think that they are to bouncy.

Just because people figured it out so to speak, doesn’t mean they were implemented well. The radius is too small, you literally have to throw them right into someones lap for a kill and for that I would rather just use my gun.
I am not a fan of spam in games either but if you’re going to have nades to move defenses around the nades actually have to be a threat and not a joke.
A counter or timer would be nice but not high priority imo.
I would agree their radius could be expanded a little bit more, maybe… but they still work well for helping to clear areas, whether it’s outright killing players or damaging them - and then you just run clean-up crew with an SMG.
Again, they work well enough for me and it’s not like I have a secret document that details how to use them better than normal. It’s really just 90% timing. Don’t give your opponents time to react or get away. I bet removing the grenade indicator would increase the lethality of the currently implemented grenades, since there’d be nothing on their screen basically telling them to “move now or die.”
Not really, nades are still really useful. Might be good to give them some more damage though, but adding cooking is still stupid.

I also agree with the fact that the physics are the one you may encounter if you throw a grenade on the moon. It just does not have the right feeling. Maybe the engi could have a grenade launcher, like in W:ET ?
I think nades should be replenishing should be tied to the fops recharge bar just like the ammo, and that he should be able to drop a “nadepack” which would replenish each class to its full load out of nades when picked up. of course it could only be dropped with a full charge bar. It would be sweet to split the charge bar into 2 colors 1 color for nadepacks and 1 for ammopacks. The charge time for a nadepack would have to be long enough to prevent spamming of course.
cooking is the fun part, whether you wanna rig the perfect grenade headshot with ballistic, or turn into a kamikaze by keeping the cooking going till it explodes 
Haha no cooking grenades is the reason i don’t play TF2, whereas i played QWTF for 5 years or so. Imagine the frustration upon launching TF2 for the first time…
No grenades - no multiplayer FPS for me.
A timer would be really nice but nothing visual i think something like tik tik tik sounds would be enough
The more you use them, the better it gets. I backed a perfect grenade today, was awesome. Plus the explosion sound is amazing when you are drunk… I can vouch for it !
