I was wondering, if normal granades are just knockdowns, will GLs be the same as normal nades? do the GLs have wider AOE or something?

Could be completely OT, but a direct hit from a nade shot from a GL will knock you down… there’s still the explosion from the grenade that still has to deal more damage.

yeah, I really don’t think a nade is just a knockdown, it’s “excessive explosive damage” that knocks you down (whatever excessive means*). I would guess a close nade will kill you, one a liitle further away “may” knock you down depending on how much damage it does you.

*Excessive damage must be less than it takes to kill you (whats the point of knocking you down when you’re killed since you fall down automatically). So maybe if an explosive weapon damages you 80% or more or something like that it knocks you down at the same time.
