Grenade glitch

This literally JUST happened to me, as in i paused the game, turned 20 degrees and started typing, a grenade was thrown at me when i was incap and it blew up as i went to reinforcements, i got hit when i spawned. luckily i didnt lose battle hardened or supply cammond post buffs because there werent any(i dont have BH anyways) but anyone else notice this?

I’ve managed to Cortex Bomb myself in spawn.

if i get shot when dead about to respawn ill take damage it happens alot, i did it to a friend, you shoot someone about second away from redeploy, killed him right on respawn with a shot gun it was great

I think this Glitch is related to the “Operative Mad Dash Towards Enemy Spawn when Attempting Disguise”. If you attempt disguise as the other player respawns (i.e. they could be dead already) then you will ‘speed-run’ on auto-pilot towards the enemy spawn point as if you were trying to buff someone.

I hope that they can find a common fix for all of these related glitches.

Likewise with scavange i think, hapened to me.

yeah when someone slides into me when i’m incap just before i spawn i’ll respawn and be knocked down and take damage, it’s a bit annoying as if you have a comand post health buff you lose it

Still never blown myself up with my own cortex bomb…had a few not damage anyone but still will have to try that one

Ye seen this alot, and tonight in a game i respawned after someone flash banged us,…took full lengh of flash in spawn

Yeah, they really need to make spawning more solid.
Is it on purpose that my abilities are still in cooldown after I spawn?

Happens regularly to me, particularly on respawn after a objective completion when i’m in a fight as the stage ends, when i respawn i get hit with whatever was shooting at me just before that happened.

Annoying but I mostly play medic so it’s so not a particularly big deal.

Although one time I got shot and killed with a sticky bomb on me, instantly respawned in a reinforcement wave, then the sticky bomb went off in spawn and killed me and 2 other dudes… funny but also really stupid that that can happen.

I’ve died while sliding, then when I spawned I was doing a mid air slide out of spawn :smiley:

I, once, have killed an enemy and myself (at spawn) with the same cortex…
and many times I’ve killed myself with cortex at spawn, so anything can happen during the transition to spawn :slight_smile:
