Gravity Changing?

I once played baserace where only panzafausts were enabled - but there was also something else. Every minute the gravity would randomly change in realtime. Sometimes it would be 100, other times it could be 900. Does anyone have an idea if this is a mini-mod or its a config or something?

I just figured out there is the “g_gravity” command where you can change the gravity - but is it possible to make a server script that executes a random g_gravity value, like something from 100-1000?

I thought you could make spawns random, i think you should look there. Only then don’t use that you spawn but set the g_gravity.

I think you can even let the server exec a script to do it itself for certain maps.

!panzerwaron can be done with noquarter too. Just shrubbot.cfg and set jp_insanity with it and max_medics etc. :slight_smile:

!crazygravity same story, just make a shrubbot command.

don’t think you can make a command for crazy gravity in NQ, you’d need some kind of randomizer, unless you just use a script, but then how do you turn it off lol.

and Nail i play etpro, jaymod, NQ, ultraet, vietnam mod, … you hvn’t lived till you tried em all.

well except TCE and the ultra big download screw over your ET ones, don’t like those.

You can do this
NON RANDOM – in any mod
RANDOM – in etpro based mods – (for the lua)

Pretty simple, exec gravity.cfg,


g_gravity 100
wait 60000 // wait 1 minute
g_gravity 900
wait 60000 // wait 1 minute
g_gravity 300
wait 60000 // wait 1 minute
g_gravity 500
wait 60000 // wait 1 minute
.....

For the lua mods – If you have any programming skill, you should be able to quickly make it from the etpro lua guide :slight_smile:
