Type of Bug: Gun/Visible Bug in Spectator mode
Description: I spectated someone and his gun was shooting all the time, even if he was not shooting, definetely a visible bug.

Steps to reproduce: I dont know exactly how this bug was created, I was killed in Execution and spectated another team member, he didnt shoot all the time but it looked like. As low level Youtuber I started a video for some seconds, check it out - the spectated team member is the player of the round. - but I dont think he had hacks or something like that.
Expected result: I think it’s clear - the gun should not shooting, when the player doesnt shoot, or should it?
Reproduction rate: 1/10 very rarely
