Got a key, but it's already been used

Hi, I just got a key in my email and when I went to redeem it it says it’s already been used. Any way to fix it?

Ok please contact customersupport@nexon.net. Be sure to include “Dirty Bomb” in the subject line, as well as all relevant information in the body. i.e. the code you got and the email it was sent to.

Ahh… new player as well… completely missed this topic and asked the same question in a new one If a @MissMurder (or another mod) if you want to close that to keep things in one place, I’ll keep an eye on this thread instead.

Just to update you all,

As suggested earlier in the thread I sent an email with details of the email address and original code and within 30 minutes I’d been sent a new key and its currently downloading, so definitely worth trying contacting them.
