Aaah. A fine read indeed.
So let me get this straight, the main (character) art designer is French? Because I always found the characters to have a somewhat French caricature display. Not to mention the accent of one f the guys in the videos. Simply lovely.
I love how the game lets characters automatically warn other players. Works well enough in L4D.
I’m working on a environmenal related semi sci-fi story myself and this just completely rings as true here:
Yes, and that’s what life is about. In real life, no one agrees on what’s going on and what’s right. Why should that suddenly become true in games? ‘Oh yes, we all agree that this is the cause of this!’ Why? When in human history has this ever been true? And deliberately, it’s an excuse to import every social, political and economic tension from the real world into this very, very restricted world
And by doing this, we create a game where players can really have that game experience that people normally don’t have, because everybody’s pretty much just running around calling everybody a fag.
lol, great line.
Really great interview
Why is it that all the awesome interviews are always interupted midflow by a PR woman or news reported

Because good interviews take place when the interviewer clicks with the interviewee, and they have a very very long conversation about all kinds of silly stuff, and the next interviewer is waiting in line
Loved the fact that one of them insisted on staying while officially both of them had to leave.
But nice to see that you guys liked the interview
Please, feel free to comment on the site itself as well, I always like to see everybody’s opinion and feedback!
