Global badge count still bugged?

I was looking through my profile while waiting in ranked queue, and noticed I only had one badge recorded for “Kills 3” or the one that requires 50+ kills in a match. However I have proof that I have had more than one game over 50 kills. So are all badges bugged in the profile menu?
Are badges in games bugged as well?

You need to get 50 kills in one stopwatch half, not the complete game.
