You need a Beta Key to play the game.

I signed up today , and I think I have to W8 for several mounths to get key… (i understand it from other player comments)
but its ok
and i wanna know , i didnt activate my steam account with any games , can i activate it with Dirty Bomb?

When you activate beta key you will get it in your steam library and you will be able download it from there.
