There will be 3 losing mercs, therefore all the people who wanted one of these 3 mercs to win can be counted together as the “unhappy people”. The people who wanted the winning merc to win are the “happy people”. Again, unless the winning merc has more than 50%, he wouldn’t be in the minority.
