getting ripped off cases given in-game but vanisihing

this has been going on for months now. say you play a match and get a case drop. you finish your match. leave match. see case has been dropped. goto open it it attempts to open it and says error. then you cant open it and the case has vanished !!!

i have had this bug as above for months . probably lost 100s of cases. any ideas on when this will be fixed it is very annoying. other have this as i play with a large group on teamspeak.

er… i hope you checked your inventory… it will have that error sometimes but it always gives the drop in your inventory. you may not notice it because it’s lead…

Yeah, you still receive the loadout card when this happens. If you’d like you can compare your inventory before and after. Just need to know the # of cards before you open your cases with a screenshot and then see what it is after the fact.
