Getting rid of the execution missions
It’s funny, I play Execution for the majority of my time played. When I do play a respawn mode, I hear no communication, no strats, no MICS! This is almost never the case when I play Execution. Almost every game I play has communication, people pushing the OBJ, and a willingness to use teamwork. Not saying this is all the time, but it seem to be the majority imo. If people have a bias t’words round based gameplay, then don’t play it! No one is trying to force you to stop playing Respawn! So why take away what others enjoy? Seems selfish in a sense.

This sounds far better than anything Execution could hope to be tbh. It sounds far more fast paced, isn’t this single life rubbish, and might have a decent amount of depth to it unlike execution.
Hell, a lot of execution maps could probably already work with this type of gamemode.

Again, no one is stopping you or anyone from playing Respawn! So why would you want to change a mode that people enjoy just because it doesn’t interest you? And just like your signature says; “No, you don’t need a katana on every loadout.” The same sentient can be applied here; “No, you don’t need a Respawn gamemode in every gamemode!”

And all SD needs to do is create additional area for the 2nd spawn and the maps are saved!
Execution is OK when you have good teams (both yours and the opposing side) and the more deliberate pace of it reminds me of Rainbow Six. Everyone’s a bit more careful because there’s no respawn.
I dunno… maybe if it was like 8 + 8 Co-Op PVE with No Respawn … rather than 8 vs 8 like the other game modes?
Then again… you have to note I really love Terrorist Hunt on R6 SIEGE.

I’m liking the good feedback on the Turf War idea. I’d enjoy seeing some gamemodes where more defensive mercs like Aura, Rhino, and Bushwhacker. Plus, I think it might give Vasilli a harder time to play since there isn’t just one objective and path to look at.
