Getting kicked for "security violation" in every match after todays update

@Matuno I’m running the latest version of Windows 7.

I’ve tried verifying the game cache (didn’t detect anything), completely reinstalling, running several antivirus scans to be sure it wasn’t some virus being detected, and just generally opening the game every day to see if the problem fixes itself (I turn off my computer every night as well).
What’s weird is that I was actually able to play for a few hours a couple days ago. I thought the problem had fixed itself, only to find that wasn’t the case the next day. Didn’t do anything differently that time though, and I haven’t been able to play a full match since.

@Necromancer , I think XMouseButtonSvc.exe and XMouseButtonControl.exe may be the culprit here. It’s technically a macro program, the game never likes those, even if it just remaps a button.

Also try disabling:
voicemeeter.exe
SoundSwitch.exe
VPDAgent_x64.exe

And finally, try running the game without McAfee on, see if that solves anything.

@STARRYSOCK , I honestly don’t have a clue at this point. As long as you don’t run anything else than what you were running in the list you posted (so no YouTube playlists, Spotify etc.), it should just “work”. It’s about as vanilla as it gets… Make sure to submit a ticket to support!

@neatCase looks clean, although I’ve never seen Fuel.Service.exe as part of my AMD drivers before, and with what it claims to do, perhaps you could trying playing with that process killed (open your task manager and end the process).

ss_conn_service.exe for your Samsung device is not a necessary process either, definitely try playing with that off.

If that doesn’t work, contact support because I’d be out of answers :frowning:

Tried what suggested and reinstalled the game, nothing to do :frowning: it still kicks me.

After it kicks me Nexon Game Security keeps running using 30-40% CPU, I have to kill it via taskmanager.

Something is wrong, I have 500+ hours in this game and it never occurred to me with this frequency.

Phreakin f*cking NGN Anticheat.

After 13 days playing w/o any problems I keep getting kicked today in every match again. Pls fix it.

Matuno, I respect the enthusiasm you show in technical questions but here its time to answer the issues by an dev of NGNs anticheat as the problems regrows.

Hey @pr0nflakes ,

Though @NxA_Noxie frequents this forum (and some QA staff does too), there’s no news to report on this yet. This forum is the ‘first line’ of problem fixing, if it isn’t solved on these forums, opening a Support ticket is the only way forward.

Support staff unfortunately doesn’t really check these forums, or at least participate in it…
