Get punishment without reason?

oi,
wanna play some competitive match, start db, search for game, need to search again two times, then getting this: Sreenshot

anyone can tell me the reason for this?

Yeah, usual stuff when the competetive matchmaking-servers are bugged, Doesn’t seem to accumulate, but funny to be able to read the translation. The servers just seemed to be bugged, as not anyways near seldom.
Ger: Mach Dir noch keinen Kopp, die Wettberwerbs(Competetive)-Server haben, wie nicht unüblich, mal wieder gesponnen. Aber immerhin scheints, bis dato, keine weiteren Strafen fürs Nichtstuen, ausser der einen Zeitstrafe zu geben, toll was?

Punishment:
You have a high punishment. You can´t join any game before the punishment has ended.
The punishment ends at 8/12/2015 01:34:45am

I’d guess it’s some kind of bug if you haven’t left any competitive games or somehow not been able to join or got kicked at any point.

Btw. translation to english:
“You got a >>> tremendous???<<< penealty. You won’t be able to join the game until it’s expired. Your penaltiy will be served @ blabla [2-3 mins later]”

Still happy they are still in dev-mode, and not forcing some 24hrs. to 7days-bans for competetive-servers fucking-up.
Btw, I hope, the rest knows this msg in english? Can’t remember the correct wording atm, just tried to translate the german screen, but this msg, right, exatly this one, but I guess you do, if you played competetive more than once.

No the search starts by itself agaain and then fucks you up for not acceptinh the last one.
Don’t really know what happens, but you get the “searching for a game” then the “waiting for everyone accepting it” and then the “joining match” or something. Then there is some “joining server?” on the lower-middle-screen, if everyone accepted it, which, as it seems, times out. And you get the process again, but when all accept, you get the error-msg.
Sry for not knowing all the english wording for it, but I “deleted?/striked?” all competetive missions since you find more games with cheaters than enemies there.

Btw. How about taking fuck aout of the censorship, because at least I guess, “fucks-you-up” for example is the correcting translated wording of for example “verarscht werden”.

Einfach nicht beachten, hier läuft noch so einiges nicht gradeaus. Noch scheinen sich die Strafen nciht zu akkumulieren.

Trans: Don’t care about it, somethings not really working here atm, but at least those “penelaties” doesn’t seem to accumulate.
