Generators on different maps have different amounts of HP.

I have mentioned this many times now but I just saw the stream round up and it seems that you don’t seem to understand it yet…

Yes the Gens have different amounts of HP on different maps and NO its not about how open they are and the full strike hitting them. The ones and Dome can be taken down with a little more then a single Rhino spray.

Check it.

The generator on Trainyard first objective is as open as it can get and it has over double the health of Dome ones.

Personally I see this more of a feature than a bug, at least in the first objective. I think it plays pretty well in the delivery stage.
I like the game flow with attackers being able to quick creat shortcuts, while it is medium effort for the defenders to rebuild it.

However, I believe that the left ramp for the second obj should have a bit more HP so a single Arty cant hold it constantly down. As attacker it feels incredibly frustrating. I guess this also applies to the forklift, but I havent noticed it being destroyed that often.
Anyways, I dont like default win for defenders with Arty party.

but this is a game design discussion on a bug forum…

I assumed it was a game design choice until Splash Damage came out and said multiple times that all generators take the same amount of damage to destroy (which they dont) lol

It’s definitely a bug, the problem is their HP isn’t pulled from game code but rather has to be set on each map/generator individually, so it can’t be changed without rebuilding the map, and some maps haven’t been rebuilt for longer than others.
