Ok my question is simple… I’ve created a map , quite simple. I went into it and generated a tracemap… now i have the _tracemap.tga file… but how do I see it and what do I do with it :???:

SMAn This site has good tutorials but alot of broken links… Do I have to draw a colourfull tracemap from a yellow and black one?? Man I dont have those Photoshop skills

Links are broken cuz hes not done making it yet. And what in the world is the fill function in most image editors for? lol.

Yeah the Fill button is not magic … and first of all not everybody can buy photoshop (even if we can dl it 
) … And if you know the email of the author of the site tell me i could help him …

There shouldn’t be any broken links, but there’s a few ‘click here for’ crossed out because I haven’t done those pages yet. They’re just there as reminders for me really. Apologies, I’ll try to spend more time on the site this week. I’ll go check for any broken links soon just in case there are some. Thanks for the plug MrPink 
Your question about actually drawing the map in Photoshop, well I plan to also make a tut on this (as well as heightmaps) when I get time.
