General ideas: Controlable XP-system

Hi,

had the idea to make the XP-system controlable.
In bg_misc.h there are the skill levels along with the corresponding experince points.
But I don’t want to change the given skill-level-experince-points by new ones.
I have in my mind to adjust the skill-levels by a menu at server start (“host game”) where you can input the skill-level-experince-points.

Well i think nUllSkillZ wants to know how he can do this?
well there is a dirty deprave way atop my head that involves lots of custom cvars and some if’s and esles
im sure there is a better way im tired goodnight
