CAN WE AGREE to one point : - ATM , there are no girls in Brink . Some of us want them , some of us don´t ( I want to play my gender ) .
-Neither SD nor Bethesda wanna give us a hint if we´ll get girls to brink lateron or not . Deal with that .
-In the end the haters will be haters . If there are girls they say : We dun want ´em . If there are none , they´ll whine : Where are the girls , bawww .

Its laughable that this is even an issue. Its a damn video game. Put in female faces, hair, and breasts but make sure to not change the size of the models. Otherwise that would give females an unfair advantage.

Seriously though: Yeah… this thread is turning into a tangled mess and you’ve summed things up pretty well. No girls ATM. No idea if there ever will be (I’d pay a small amount for a girls dlc even if I wouldn’t actually use a female character if it’d help get one made). And your last point is probably the most true: people whine all the time about everything!
Sorry, I don’t think so. Women and men don’t take a char of their respective gender only to be able to identify with them. Anyhow thats certainly a reason. But girls/women and guys like me would appreciate it to just have the additional choice. Maybe a fem would have 7 fem chars wich are her main chars, but maybe she’d also like to play a heavy guy and mow down everything once in a while. And maybe a guy would like to sneak around like crazy, stab heavies from behind and hack the “S” out of the mainframe or the vent system.
Is there a big watchman who forces us to think of fem chars only as a cosmetic addition? I can think what I want and please feel free to do so as well. You can say you don’t like my ideas and I’ll absolutely respect that, but don’t tell me what I have to think. If you have fems, that can take bullets like a medium, but are only 1,68m it would look ridiculous. But if you increase their vulnerability, you’d also have to increase their agility and/or speed. Thats only logic and not so much a great idea from me.

Although if you take lobster, that’s pretty expensive so it’s like taking money… Nope! You get pizza… cheap pizza! I have declared it so!
I wonder if SD would consider doing a paid DLC for girls in game? If it helped develop it I’d go for that. And if they threw in a couple of maps or something I’d definitely go for it. I have no idea quite how expensive or how much work it’d take so I don’t know if that’s viable at all.
