How can I add gas mines/ canisters to my noquarter server? Thank you in advance for your help.

AFAIK No Quarter hasn’t got gas grenades / canisters / mines at all.
Jaymod has (also AFAIK).

You could make a suggestion to add gas grenades / mines / canisters to the No Quarter mod in their forums.
