If ya didn’t install Windows 10 than most likely it’s your graphics card man.

I mean, sure PC =/= laptop, but I run 120 FPS with a GTX 750. Get this one or an expensive,newer one.

Windows 10 gave me better performance, I don’t know what happened to your computer.

My FPS got a lot more stable when I upgraded to Win10. But the Dirty Bomb update that contained a lot of UI optimizations also hit on the same day which I think had more to do with it.

Dude I got about 30 more fps after installing Windows 10. You just need to update the graphics card, thats all.

Did you try lowering your settings?
Did you try lowering your screen resolution?

If low settings won’t help I recommend trying to optimize you CFG which is in:
C:\Documents\My Games\UnrealEngine3\ShooterGame\Config\ShooterEngine
You can use Outc1der’s config which is in the description of his twitch channel.
