What could cause the leak? The areas and models are copied from original maps, so i suppose it’s not about their place.
Could someone give some keys&values that I should take care off when dealing with gamemodels?

Entities who’s origin is in structure will cause ‘entity leaked’ warnings. This is NOT the same as a map leak. In many cases these warnings are harmless, although depending on the entity it may cause undesired effects.

Yupp, it is very common to get a “entity leaked” warning message.
It is annoying but usually the map works anyways.
