Edit: Working after PC-Restart

  1. Re-install game with steam + delete C:\Users\yourusername\Documents\My Games\UnrealEngine3\ShooterGame)
  2. Restart your PC
  3. If you use registry cleaner software, like avira registry cleaner, you should be sure not to delete any necessary files.
