Game Wont Start - No Error Message

The game wont start, has never started and i have tried many of the solutions people have put up.

-ive ran as admin
-ive re-installed the game
-verified the game files
-got directx
-got Visual Studio

i am stumped as there are no error messages, it looks as though the game is running as my steam picture (near friends list) on steam app turns green like the game is running then after 1/2 secs goes back to blue. i have no issues with any other game on my computer system.

Was hoping to get the starter pack but not until this issue is resolved so any ideas would be much appreciated.

Hey!
Had same problem.
I had the problem with some corrupt directx DLL’s.
Give it a try to close steam and start the binary “ShooterGame-Win32-Shipping.exe” which is located at “…\Programfiles\Steam\steamapps\common\Dirty Bomb\Binaries\Win32”.
Maybe you see there some windows error messages.

Try my solution which fixed it for me:
