any way to solve this DELETED bug?

And if you turn on thread sync that issue goes away?

If it is a bug then it belongs in the bug reporting section.

Try this.

Uninstall the game. Delete the UnrealEngine3 folder located in My Document>My Games. Reinstall DB. Test.

my other games are working fine, and as you have mentioned dirty bomb WAS working “okay” with the driver i’m using now. pretty sure it’s the game’s problem not my components. are there any other moderators you could contact me with?

First off, I am a volunteer with Nexon and I respond in my own free time outside of work and any social commitments I have made. Secondly you should expect a lot slower response times for ANYTHING around the holidays. Today is New Years Day, so please don’t expect me to bend over backwards to ensure you get a response at 3:35 AM EST(my time zone) just because that is when you posted. People do make plans on holidays as well, you know. :slight_smile:

In addition, you also haven’t even answered my questions from before.

Are you using the latest video card drivers? What video card do you use? While it is true it was working before, sometimes simply updating them can be helpful in resolving problems. You could also try reinstalling your driver if you don’t want to update it.

okay… wanker, you got me this time.
first sorry for me being unpolite
second I apologise for my behavior
let’s start from the beginning where it all started.
yeah so it’s gtx 960m with NVidia 361.43 driver-latest driver.
when I start the game from steam and like go to my loadouts and see my merc’s loadout in 3d view, it will always look okay. nothing of that weird screen view i’m having. and then later when I join in a match the bug(let’s just name it in that way) will always happen. it’s like the game’s resetting it self when ever I join in a match

If you set your config to a default value, like minimal or low, is your screen still black when trying to play?

Also, does deleting your %temp% files make any difference?(unlikely)

Beyond that, make sure you have an open ticket with Nexon with your problem description and video. I’m not certain what else we can try here. Definitely a strange issue.

It probably won’t help but you can also try verifying game cache within steam. Reinstalling is a longer version of that, but if it is worth your time you can try it.

EDIT: Also, try deleting the folder named Shooter in %appdata%

Can you try this:

  1. Open the console (Pos1).
  2. type: gamma 2.2

When I use a low gamma value like “gamma 0.1”, then it looks like your video.

AfaIk, gamma 2.2 is default. Just use a value that feels correct to you.
