Game Won't Launch

The game wont launch.
When I run the game, either through steam or icon, I see a pop up in the bottom corner of the nader girl and a loading bar. The loading bar finishes and then closes the little pop up. Nothing else happens other than a little blue X icon showing up in my windows tray for a couple of seconds. I have tried verifying, reinstalling, turning off my anti-virus, giving it extra permissions and reinstalling directX.

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Processor: Intel® Core™ i3-2100 CPU @ 3.10GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.1GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 4060MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 11

Anything will help, but I did read most of what I could find on the forums and support pages and no luck.

I am experiencing a similar problem.
When I launch the game, again either through steam or the icon, the little Xigncode3 pop up appears with the girl then the loading bar only goes to halfway then freezes my entire computer. I have tried disabling firewall and antivirus, uninstalling and reinstalling, and restarting my computer.

Specs:
Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Processor
16GB RAM
AMD Radeon HD 5700

Please help both of us!
