Game Wont Launch

Hi I have a question. My game wont launch. I click to open the game and the xign loads and and the dirty bomb game sign pops up but then nothing happens after that. No error codes nothing… I was wondering if anyone could help me with that. Anything would be appreciated.

Have you tried verifying your game files in Steam (Properties – Local Files – Verify Integrity of Game Cache)? Then re-launch the game.

Hmm ok let’s see what else…

  1. Make sure you’re not running any third-party tools that may affect gameplay, or using any modified game files.

  2. Make sure your anti-virus is up to date, and your PC has been scanned for malware.

  3. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Dirty Bomb\Binaries\XIGNCODE\client and delete the “xmag.xem” file, then re-launch the game.

I also have this problem. I reinstalled and still crash everytime right after 10/10 players ready for a game.

Try to run all applications as administrator. ie. Steam

It seems I can load into the Training Hub fine but not anything else. I also don’t have any sound in the menus (beside the sound of you finding a match) like music. I also don’t have any sound in the Training Hub.

This is all very strange because I bought into the alpha and played perfectly fine back then.

I never even get in game. It just quits after xign loads and the dirty bomb sign pops up.
