Hi guys!
I’ve been trying a ton of different solutions to this for about a week now, here’s what I’m seeing on my end.
Double click to launch
Small loader pops up in bottom right corner
Small loader closes and another rectangle loader pops up, middle of the screen, and sort of hangs for a bit,
Rectangle loader closes and that’s it.
I’ve reinstalled, verified, reformatted windows, as well as checked the windows firewall and it appears to be allowed.
I’ve googled and googled and read just about every forum post out there, and while it seems to be a common issue, nobody really posts a solution other than “delete shooterengine.ini” which I’ve done, multiple times.
Now here’s my catch.
I had an older HD6670 that the game started fine with, but maps wouldn’t load due to lack of memory on the card (I believe). I now have a newer R9 270, with much more memory, but the game doesn’t even launch now. I’m think it may be a driver issue, although I’m using the newest, but I’m not too sure where to begin with troubleshooting.
