I changed one setting in the display while ingame, and ever since, i have redownloaded it twice, trying to reset to basic setting and i cannot figure it out when i load the game it black screens and then minimizes and i try to open it up and just black screens. Sad sad day. Can anyone or has anyone had this problem and could help me fix it.

Please try following these steps.
Uninstall Dirty Bomb.
After uninstalling, under My Documents there should be a folder called My Games. In there open the folder called UnrealEngine3. Delete that folder.
Reinstall Dirty Bomb.
Let me know your results!
