GAME: Unable to login

I get an authentication_failure error when I try to login; I’ve had this error for the longest time now.

What are your specs? When did this start happening? etc?

CPU: i5 3570k (3.4GHz not oc’d)
RAM: 8GB
GPU: GTX 770 2GB
OS: Windows 8.1 64bit

This started happening sometime in August. I submitted a ticket in late August but it was auto closed, I also remember posting a comment on the Facebook page (not sure if it was before or after August 28th (the time I submitted a ticket)).
I believe it was this patch (old nexon forum url/showthread.php?1050255-Patch-Notes-V38182-August-27th) that started this though I can’t guarantee it actually is this, thanks.

I can’t post links yet so replace old nexon forum url with the url of the old Nexon forum.

Sorry for the bump, reinstalling Nexon Launcher and reinstalling Dirty Bomb after reinstalling Nexon Launcher fixes the issue.
Just so you know, I had the Nexon Launcher installed on my computer since Navy Field 2 went into Closed Beta and I have not reinstalled the client until today. Hope this helps the Nexon Launcher team and the others who have this issue.

i have the same since yesterday… at any game launch takes this more time to signing in…
