On 2 occasions I had this bug come up which was somewhat worrying when tuning into an already established game. I can’t be sure if it is due to alt tabbing or whether it is due to joining an already starting game, or whether this may be random; a cure for this is shutting down the process and starting again. Here are two images of what appears to be a broken UI at the start of the game when ‘Locking in’ and ‘Deploying’. I heard for a friend also that this happened when being launched into the lobby of a Matchmaking game being unable to see anything until he was deployed in game where it fixed itself back to normal.
