GAME; Missing floor tile + knife sound bug

There’s a floor tile missing on the last part of the tutorial map (when you plant the C4) in the left corner.
Would post a screen shot but not sure how to upload since it only gives an option to post a URL and i’m pretty sure the NDA still applies.
And regarding the knife sound bug, when you knife a wall, you hear a slicing sound followed by the sound of a suppressed gun shot.
