[GAME] hear footsteps while couched

When I am crouched or holding down the walk button you can still hear footsteps like when I walk/sprint. Shouldn’t it be silent?

I think quiet walk will be an unlockable

I really hope not. The bad thing about unlockable items is that people will join empty servers and level up to unlock them. Its already happening with this beta. Unlockable content should be limited to visual and not effect the gameplay. When you do that it will be difficult to combine old experience players with new ones. A good FPS game shouldn’t have anything to unlock. Give us the players a even playing field and let the players skill do the rest.

I think silent crouch/walk would be fine as a default.
