Game got no AA

After a while, I think 1 or two 2 months, I reinstalled the game today and wanted to play the tutorial and training course for the achievements, but my graphics look like this, even if I set everything ingame on highest possible

Check, if .ini file is set to Read-Only in files, might be the cause for this.

The game is NOT supposed to look like that, unless you’ve st EVERYTHING to the lowest possible.

It looks like you have the dynamic resolution option enabled.
When your FPS count drops to a certain point the game sacrifices quality to keep it up.
