When I join a game in dirty bomb I lag for a bit when I join the game but then I can play it normally. But whenever I get in a fight and die my game just freezes for 10-20 seconds… How do i fix this. EDIT: When I played when execution was out I didn’t lag at all… Today I am lagging and freezing again.

This sounds like your pc is slightly below minimum specs sadly D:
Do you know what your pc/laptop specs are?
The reason why the game ran better in execution was because the maps arent textured yet, so it’s less taxing on the VRAM of your gpu.
An easier way to check if your pc is able to run dirty bomb is to check out this helpful thread by @MissMurder

Well actually when execution was out I played Objective and didn’t lag. But my system meets minimum specs. Also when I Control alt delete after I freeze i usually stop freezing when I die.

@dexterousTrigger If your having problems freezing and your pc is minimum specs try making sure you have almost no extra programs running in the background 
this will help with RAM consumption and will allow a little bit more breathing room for your cpu to focus more on dirty bomb
If you were looking to upgrade to fix this freezing / lag problem i’d start by trying to get a more powerful cpu
