Hello to all
I’d like to report that my game has been freezing on several moments, mostly when navigating the menus, such as loadouts and trading cards. And that is, before the Sparks update. Now, after it, most of the time I can’t even join a match, that when I’m in the select merc pre game screen, it freezes completely. Sometimes I can hear the in game audio, others, it just stays frozen. All I can do is to ctrl+alt+del and then close the game from task manager.
Can you guys give me an idea on what’s going on? Or, better yet, a way to fix it?

Sometimes windows warns me about a process crashing twice while playing the game, on menu or in a game, when that process crash, my game menu freeze, if happens while on menu, just freeze, if happens when playing, the game works normal, but at the moment I left the game and go to the lobby, the game freezes.

Yup, the game freezes in the pregame menu. I can’t click anything but the game seems to load up as usual, just that my screen freezes.

It seems that Im not the only one having this trouble…
Edit : I’ve tried for TEN times now to get into the game or any lobby.
Game froze on 4 occasions on loading screen (didn’t even got to menus) and the other 6 it forze while joining a game, on that screen in which you select your merc.
Come on, there must be something anyone can say about this. I really liked the game, but Im not quite able to enjoy it like this
