Game freezes untirely

Since this new patch, the game seems to completely freeze at random times (only when actually in a map). At first I thought it was due to running AMD Raptr (which previously had me kicked by the anticheat), but even after turning it off I still experience freezes. To clarify, the game freezes at the last frame it produced. Alt-tabbing shows my taskbar, but the game doesn’t disappear from screen. Only able to exit the game through the process manager, which itself can’t render on-screen, but using the taskbar tile view, I can still press delete to end Dirty Bomb forcefully.

I’m running with Windows 10 - AMD Radeon R9 290X and an Intel Core i5 4690
AMD Graphics driver 15.201.1151-150821a-188451E
Catalyst version 15.8 Beta (issue?)

Problem has never occured before.

Had it happen again just now, should mention that any sounds that were in the ‘scene’ at the time will continue playing. In this particular instance, it would keep looping the gunfire sound, while the music will continue playing as normal.
