Game error

I get this error and cant continue after this please tell me how to fix. My antivirus is bitdefender and I have added the game to it so that shouldn’t be the problem. Error: http://i.imgur.com/x7RffXV.jpg

This is usually caused by a firewall issue. Has Dirty Bomb been added to your firewall exceptions(Such as windows firewall?) as well as your anti-virus?
