Game doesn't like me! ;(

I tried to go back to DB .
Since MOFO update My game doesn’t want to go any further than loading screen - Black screen after game open with rotating loading symbol. I already tried to Reinstall game few times deleting game files from steam, deleting game from library on steam, deleting files from documents, checking games files via steam and even deleting steam itself.

Plz help I’m desperate ;(

Hi,

do you have anything special running in the background and have you made any somewhat significant changes to your PC?
Try pressing ctrl + alt + delete + escape and see if it loads.
