Game doesn't launch

This problem started for me one week ago, I opened dirty bomb and i got this error message:

File not found
EasyAntiCheat/Launcher/Resource/Settings.json.

since than i can’t play the game at all. i tried to reinstall the game, reboot on safe mode but i still not able to launch the game.

What can I do in order to fix this issue?

Navigate to the following folder:

Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > Dirty Bomb > EasyAntiCheat

Now run the EasyAntiCheat_Setup in administrator mode, select Dirty Bomb from the list and click on repair service at the bottom left.
