Game crashes after 'signing in' screen

Game crashed for me once midgame and after that it crashes to desktop everytime I want to launch it just after ‘signing in’ screen. It ends up with Nexon error report popup :confused: Reinstall didnt help. Plz advise !

Ok, so apparently it has something to do with my account, because I can launch and play the game just fine on the other account. Is it just Nexon broken again or was my account suspended for whatever reason ?

Quite a few people are finding the issue relates to their account only, I think it would be super helpful if we could get this fixed once and for all because the “create a new account” workaround is far from a solution.
