Having the same issue with an older pc.
OS: Windows 7, 64 bit
Processor: AMD Athlon II x2 240, 2.80 GHz
Memory: 6 GB RAM
Graphics: Integrated, ATI Radeon HD 4200

Any help would be appreciated.
