Game crash

I just try to play DB, menu working, selecting server, loading, suddenly game shut down and I find myself in general steam menu? Anyone knows how to solve this?

Have experienced the same. In my case it’s not that common but it happens.
Also have experienced this issue in past builds.

Are you using a custom, read-only config?
Try deleting the ‘ShooterEngine.ini’ configuration file in Documents\My Games\UnrealEngine3\ShooterGame\Config
After starting the game again a new, fresh one with default settings should be created. So create a backup of it first if you want to keep some of your commands.

I had to go back to defualt CFG and my crashing stopped. Aka unclicking read-only

Same problem, but deleting the config doesn’t make any difference

Thanx, unclick read only for cfg and I am in the air again!!
